How do you measure and shorten a belt?
The stated belt length should correspond to your waist (hip) circumference. This means that if your waist measures 95 cm, a size 95 cm belt will fit you.
This length reaches approximately the third hole, as shown in the image. The size is measured from the middle hole to the end of the buckle (the measurement may vary slightly depending on the buckle type).
The total length of the belt is always about 15 cm longer than the size indicated on the belt. All our belts are designed with a fastening tolerance of ±10 cm within one size.

How to shorten a belt?
The buckle is attached to the belt in a way that allows easy and permanent shortening. The buckle is fixed to the strap either with a screw fastening system or with a special clip located directly on the buckle.
After shortening the belt to the desired length, the buckle can be easily reattached without any issues.

How to use a belt properly?
A belt is not only a practical accessory but also a fashion item that is subjected to daily wear. Although our belts are made from premium Italian leather, improper handling can significantly shorten their lifespan. The most common damage occurs during incorrect fastening.
Never tighten the belt with one hand or force it through the buckle. You should fasten the belt using both hands—hold the buckle with one hand and gently guide the strap with the other so that the edge of the buckle does not damage the leather surface.
For a longer lifespan, we recommend treating the belt from time to time with a colorless leather conditioner. An ideal option is beeswax, which hydrates and protects the leather.
