Payment methods

• Credit & debit cards: Visa / Mastercard via Shopify Payments.
• Apple Pay and Google Pay on compatible devices.
• Shop Pay – fast checkout for returning customers.
• PayPal.
• Bank transfer (SEPA) – payment instructions are shown at checkout and in the order confirmation email.

Payments are processed through secure payment systems. Some card transactions may require additional 3-D Secure verification.

Shipping within the EU

We prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are normally handed over to the carrier by the next business day.

Depending on your destination and the options available at checkout, you can choose:

• Home delivery to your address; or
• Pickup point / parcel locker selected directly on the map during checkout.

Pickup points and parcel lockers are often a convenient option and, depending on the carrier and destination, may also offer faster delivery and more flexible collection.

We use carriers such as DPD, DHL, Nova Post and Packeta. Available delivery methods may vary depending on the destination country.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery usually takes approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery to some destinations may take slightly longer depending on the country, carrier and local delivery conditions.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping for orders of €150.00 and above after discounts.
• €9.90 for orders up to €149.99.

The final available delivery methods and shipping cost are always shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number or tracking link.

Additional information

• We currently use standard delivery services only.
• Multiple items from one order may be shipped together in a single parcel.
• Please provide a valid phone number and email address so the carrier can contact you if necessary.
• Delivery times may be slightly longer during public holidays, seasonal peaks or other periods of unusually high carrier volume.

Returns

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with our return conditions.

You may return the goods personally at our office in Karlovy Vary, send them back using a suitable shipping method of your choice, or contact us to request a return shipping label.
