Right of Return (Withdrawal) for Consumers — VALMIO s.r.o.

A “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction predominantly for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession.

1) Your right to return

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods, if your order contains one or more items delivered together; or
• on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the last item, if your order contains multiple items delivered separately.

2) How to exercise your right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use our Return Form (PDF), although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3) Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

4) Returning the goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Condition of goods: items must be unused, undamaged, complete and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund an amount reflecting any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return shipping costs: you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

5) Exclusions / expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
• the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts;
• the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of the conclusion of the contract, which can only be delivered after 30 days, and whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for:

• the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
• the supply of goods which, after delivery, are according to their nature inseparably mixed with other items;
• the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.
